Shipping & Delivery FAQs
Q: How long does delivery take within the UK?
A: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Delivery is typically next working day, but please allow 1–3 working days during peak times.
Q: Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands or Islands?
A: Yes, but delivery may take 3–7 days. Additional shipping charges apply, which are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days. Customs duties and VAT are included in the final price.
Q: Can I track my delivery?
A: Yes, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it to sender. Then contact us at info@ev-charge-kit.com so we can arrange a replacement promptly.
Returns & Cancellations FAQs
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes. Under Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have up to 14 days after delivery to cancel. Email info@ev-charge-kit.com or call us on +44 0191 265 5000 to request a cancellation.
Q: How do I return an item for a refund?
A: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty.
Q: What if my product is faulty?
A: If there’s a fault, our technical support team will help you troubleshoot. If the issue can’t be resolved, we’ll arrange a return or replacement.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 working days after we receive the return.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery. You’ll also be responsible for the original shipping cost if you return an item.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and Barclays ePDQ.
Q: Can I pay in instalments?
A: Yes! With PayPal Pay in 3, you can split your payment into three interest-free instalments. Just select this option at checkout.
Q: Is VAT included in the price?
A: Yes, all displayed prices include VAT where applicable, even for international orders.
