Orders placed before 3 PM (BST), Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM (BST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery is free to UK Mainland addresses, and items are dispatched on a next working day service, though this cannot always be guaranteed. Delivery times for the Scottish Highlands, offshore areas, or international locations may vary.
For international orders, VAT and customs duties are included in the checkout price. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for most destinations, with slightly longer times for areas outside mainland Europe. To calculate shipping costs for your area, add your chosen item(s) to your cart and use the “calculate shipping” option.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order at any point from the moment it is placed until 14 days after receiving the goods. To cancel, simply call us at 0191 265 5000 or email info@ev-charge-kit.com. Please note that both outward and return shipping costs are your responsibility, as outlined in our Refunds Policy.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may incur a surcharge. Additionally, pre-assembled items may carry an extra surcharge for delivery costs.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Barclays ePDQ). Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
In the rare event of a fault, our technical support team may require basic troubleshooting assistance from you. Additionally, if your item arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
