Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order from the moment it is placed until 14 days after receiving your goods.

In line with our Refunds Policy, you will be responsible for both the outward and return shipping costs.

Returns / Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. All we ask is that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A surcharge may apply if the item is not returned in this condition.

In the unlikely event of a fault, you may be required to perform basic fault-finding with the assistance of our technical support team.

The price paid at the time of purchase is final. We cannot offer refunds for price reductions (e.g., sale prices) after your transaction is confirmed.

All refunds will be issued through the original payment gateway (e.g., PayPal, Barclays ePDQ). Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund to reflect in your account once processed.

If the packaging shows signs of damage upon delivery, please refuse the delivery. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

When returning an item, ensure it is securely packaged for safe transit.

Delivery Information

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

We offer FREE delivery to UK Mainland addresses. All items are shipped using a next working day service, although next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Additional delivery charges may apply to areas classified as Highlands or Islands by our courier partners. These charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Deliveries typically occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, though they may be delayed during busy periods.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands and Offshore Addresses

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and offshore addresses generally take 3 – 7 days, depending on courier handovers to third-party services. A list of affected postcodes is provided below:

• AB: 31* – 56*
• IV: 1* – 40*, 52*, 53*, 54*, 63*
• KW: 1* – 14*
• PA: 21* – 38*
• PH: 4* – 50*

Additional delivery charges will be applied at checkout based on your postcode. While we strive to offer next-day delivery, it may not be available in certain areas.

International Orders

For international orders, VAT and customs duties are included in the purchase price. You will not be charged additional VAT by your local customs office. The price displayed at checkout is the final cost.

To view shipping costs, add your items to the shopping cart and use the ‘Calculate Shipping’ option. Delivery times are typically 5-7 working days for most international destinations. Orders outside mainland Europe may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Note: Some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to size or transport regulations.

Restricted Access

If your delivery address has restricted access (e.g., narrow lanes, low bridges, limited turning spaces), please inform us in advance by adding a note in the Order Comments section during checkout or emailing us at info@ev-charge-kit.com. Failure to notify us may result in delayed delivery and additional charges.

Damaged Deliveries

If your item arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and request the courier to return it to the sender. After rejecting delivery, contact us so we can arrange a replacement to be dispatched promptly.

Terms and Conditions

• All delivery dates and times are estimates. While we aim to meet these timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If delivery cannot be made within 30 days of receiving your payment, we will notify you and offer the option to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.
• We recommend that you do not book tradespeople until your order has been delivered and checked. We are not liable for any third-party costs due to non-delivery or delayed delivery.
